On instructions, he made a statement at bar that after investigation, charge- sheet has been filed against petitioner on 25.11.2024. 5. In view of statement made by learned State Counsel, nothing remains to be decided in the present writ petition. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. 60.
