While Mr. Vikram Sharma, learned Senior counsel, was in the course of his submissions, this Court came across with the submissions that the petrol pump in reference at present is being run on stopgap arrangement set into effect by the respondent No. 2 and surely, the petitioners are not the ones who are related with current running of the petrol pump as on date, whereas the cause of action Serial No. 90 Regular List 2 WP(C) No. 3301/2023 for the writ petition is to get the running of the petrol pump restored to the petitioners. 03. Be that as it may, this Court calls upon Mr. Jugal Kishore Gupta, learned counsel for the respondents No. 2 and 3 to apprise this Court as to who presently is running/managing the petrol pump in reference for and on behalf of the respondent No. 2 and the authority/statue in which the same is being run. 04. Mr. Jugal Kishore Gupta, learned counsel for the respondents No. 2 and 3 submits that he would come across with the requisite disclosure. 05. List in continuation on 24.12.2025 with liberty to make a mention. 06. The production of record solicited by this Court from the court below has also come in a physical form.
