Against which, the present appeal is preferred by the wife. 2. The docket proceedings indicates that on 19.08.2008 it was brought to the notice of the Court that since the respondent-husband got remarried on 17.03.2006, the appeal itself has become infructuous. 3. No representation on either side. 4. In view of the above, the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is dismissed for non-prosecution. No order as to costs.
