Since the divorce petition has been filed by the appellant before the Hyderabad Court, the appellant seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this Appeal. 2. The said memo is recorded. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the Appellant and considering the memo filed by the appellant, this Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
