Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record. 2. By means of the instant writ petition, the petitioner has challenged the notice dated 19.6.2025, under Section 3(1) of Uttar Pradesh Control of Goondas Act, 1970, whereby he was required to submit his reply by 14.7.2025. 3. Pursuant to the said notice, the petitioner has already tendered his reply on 14.7.2025, however, despite submission of reply, no further orders have been passed by the competent authority and the proceedings are lingering on. 4. In view thereof, the operation and effect of impugned notice dated 19.6.2025 passed by the District Magistrate, Saharanpur in Case No. 132 of 2025 (Computerized Case No. D2025096000), State Vs. Israt, under Section 3 of U.P. Control of Goondas Act, 1970, Police Station- Biharigarh, District- Saharanpur shall remain stayed, provided no order of externment has already been passed by the competent authority. 5.
