By this petition, the petitioner herein has alleged non-compliance of the order passed by this Court dated 04.08.2021 operative part of the order reads as thus: - “Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of at this stage itself by directing the respondents to consider the petitioner’s case for admitted payment as per his entitlement, within a period of eight weeks from the date copy of this order is made available to the respondents by the petitioner.” 2. Compliance report stands filed by the respondents wherein, it is stated that the Executive Engineer, Floriculture Department vide communication dated 11.04.2023 has submitted that a certificate wherein, it is stated that full and final payment of Rs. 17.88 Lakhs has been released in favour of M/S Balaji Constructions. WP (C) No. 2321/2024 3. It is further stated by learned counsel for the respondents that the final payment has duly been received by the petitioner and receipt has also been annexed with the compliance report. 4. Respondents have implemented the order passed by this Court dated 04.08.2021. As such, nothing remains to be adjudicated upon in this petition. Accordingly, proceedings in this petition are closed.
