The present Writ Petition is filed seeking the following relief: “to declare the action of the respondents 1 and 2 in not giving the approved plan to construct the house even though the petitioner paid the necessary fee in the month of November 2014 and issued proceedings no Rg G2 B.A No.2567/ 2014 dated 16.02.2015 saying that permission can obtain only through court only is illegal and arbitrary”. 2. Learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that the Petitioner had died and the son of the Petitioner had filed W.P.No.1581 of 2022 and in that view, the cause in the Writ Petition does not survive for adjudication. 3. Recording the said submission, the Writ Petition and other miscellaneous petitions, if any, are therefore dismissed as infructuous.
