Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned standing counsel for State-respondents. 2. Pursuant to the order dated 19.11.2024, respondent no. 4 has filed personal affidavit. It is stated in the affidavit that now petitioner has been paid additional amount of Rs. 51,030/-. 3. Learned counsel for petitioner submitted that as per order dated 05.06.2018, petitioner is entitled for Grade Pay of Rs. 4600/- whereas payment has been made at the Grade Pay of Rs. 4200/-. 4. Learned standing counsel informed that now the order dated 05.06.2018 has been modified and grade pay has been reduced from Rs. 4600/- to Rs. 4200/-. He prays for and is granted one week time to produce the copy of the order by which grade pay has been reduced. 5. Put up this case as fresh on 16.01.2025 at 10:00 A.M." 3. Pursuant to the order dated 08.01.2025, learned standing counsel has produced order dated 17.02.2023 along with letter dated 13.01.2025, which is taken on record. On the basis of instruction, he submitted that vide order dated 17.02.2023, grade pay of petitioner has been reduced from Rs. 4600/- to Rs. 4200/-. 4. At this stage, learned counsel for petitioner submitted that he does not want to press the petition, therefore, it may be dismissed as not pressed with liberty to challenge the order dated 17.02.2023. 5.
