Challenge in this application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is to summoning order dated 11.07.2018 passed in Complaint Case No.793 of 2018, Computer Case No.2101 of 2014, (Smt. Mukesh Devi v. Hibjur Rahman and others), under Sections 452, 420 & 506 IPC, P.S. Kotwali Nagar, District Bulandshahr, pending in the Court of Additional Civil Judge (Senior Division), Court No.1, District Bulandshahar. 3. After arguing at some length, learned counsel for applicants submits that he wants to withdraw the application and liberty may be given to the applicants to file a bail application before the court of competent jurisdiction. 4. In view of above, the application is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty to the applicants to appear before court below and file an appropriate application for bail, which shall be decided in the light of decision rendered in Satender Kumar Antil Vs.
