2. Petitioner has been made accused in connection with S.T. No. 309 of 2024 arising out of Pandu P.S. Case No. 47 of 2018 corresponding to G.R. No. 253 of 2019 for the offence registered under section 395 of the Indian Penal Code / Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, pending in the court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-VIII, Palamau at Daltonganj.
3. On 04.09.2018, five unknown persons entered into the house of the Informant and demanded jewellery and money from him.
4. It was submitted that the petitioner is neither named in the FIR, not he was put on the T.I. Parade. It was further submitted that nothing incriminating has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. It has been finally submitted that several co-accused persons have been granted bail by this Court as well as by the Coordinate Bench of this Court.
5. In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-VIII, Palamau at Daltonganj in connection with S.T. No. 309 of 2024 arising out of Pandu P.S. Case No. 47 of 2018 corresponding to G.R. No. 253 of 2019.
