The case of the petitioner is that respondent is the husband of the petitioner and the second and third petitioners are their children. The petition filed for divorce by the respondent is pending before the II Additional Sub Court, Coimbatore. Due to regular adjournments sought by the respondent, the case has not proceeded further and the case is posted for arguments. Considering the limited relief sought in this petition, without going into the merits of the case, the learned Principal Family Judge, Coimbatore is directed to expedite the proceedings in the Maintenance case in M.C.No.153 of 2022 and dispose the same within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order. 4.
