S. Safidon, District Jind. No one has put in appearance on behalf of petitioner. Learned State counsel has brought to the notice that charges have been framed against the petitioner under Sections 201, 420, 467, 468, 471 IPC and case is now fixed for prosecution evidence on 15.09.2025.
