Case No. 10 of 2024, for the offences registered under Section 394 of the I.P.C., pending in the Court of learned A.C.J.M., Pakur. 3. On 14.03.2024, robbery was committed in the crusher plant of the informant by four unknown persons. 4. It was submitted that the petitioner is neither named in the F.I.R., nor he was put on T.I. Parade. It was further submitted that nothing incriminating has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. It was finally submitted that co-accused Darshan Mandal has been granted bail by this Court vide B.A. No. 5840 of 2024 and the case of the petitioner stands on similar footing. 5. In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M., Pakur in connection with Hiranpur P.S.
