Due opportunity of hearing was provided to the appellant, where after, it was concluded that the appointment could not have been granted to the appellant by the concerned authorities. 4. The Single Bench has upheld the order of dispensing with the services of the appellant, who was appointed wrongfully. 5. We find no reason to interfere with the order which takes into consideration the law relating to the selection process. The appeal is accordingly dismissed. 7!
