Hon'ble Donadi Ramesh,J. Petitioner is aggrieved by orders passed by the Registrar in exercise of proceedings under the Registration Act, 1908 (hereinafter referred to as 'the Act of 1908'). Claim of the petitioner has already been rejected under Section 72 of the Act of 1908. Thus aggrieved the petitioner is before this Court. Sri Niklank Kumar Jain, learned counsel for the respondents has raised an objection to the maintainability of the writ petition on the ground that remedy of the petitioner would be to approach the competent forum in terms of Section 77 of the Act of 1908. The objection of the respondents appears to have force. Since the petitioner has the remedy under Section 77 of the Act of 1908 of filing suit, we decline to entertain the present writ petition. Writ petition is, accordingly, dismissed. Order Date :- 24.1.2025 RA Digitally signed by :- RAZIQ ALI High Court of Judicature at Allahabad
