This present petition has been filed for granting special leave to appeal against the judgment/order dated 14.08.2024 passed by the learned Special Judge (NDPS), Sepahijala Tripura, Sonamura in case No. Special (NDPS) 20 of 2024. Having heard the submissions made at the Bar and after going through the averments made in the application, this Court is of the view that the matter requires further examination.
