The present petition has been filed by the Petitioners seeking issuance of appropriate directions to the Respondents to pay compensation amount in lieu of the acquired land bearing Khasra Nos. 450(3-12), 451(9-11) and 453(2-19) situated in the revenue estate of village Jasola, Tehsil Defence Colony, District South-East, New Delhi, acquired vide Award No. 21/1992- 93 of village Jasola, New Delhi.
3. At the outset, the Court is informed that Mr. Raj Bahadur Singh, ld. Counsel has passed away.
4. Mr. Pathak, ld. Counsel for the Respondent Nos. 1 and 2 submits that the cheques for compensation that is payable to the Petitioners, are ready and the Petitioners may visit the office of the Land Acquisition Collector to obtain This is a digitally signed order. 7. All rights and remedies of the Petitioners are left open in case any grievance exists.
