This matter relates to non-granting of NOC by opposite party Nos.2 to 4 in favour of the petitioner- institution for the academic session 2024-25 for ANM nursing course. 3. The said academic period was already over. 4. During the course of hearing, Mr.B.P.Samal, learned counsel for the petitioner as well as Mr.D.Mohanty, learned AGA and Mr.R.C.Mohanty, learned counsel for the opposite party Nos.2 to 4 have admitted that due to efflux of time, this writ petition has become infructuous as the relevant academic period for obtaining the NOC for the session 2024-25 was over long back. 5.
