1. Mr. Taranjeet I/O, Crime Branch, Jammu, who is present in the Court, has produced the CD file. He submits that the investigation in the instant matter is complete and nothing incriminating against the petition has been found, therefore, if permitted, by the Court, Ikhtitami is required to be laid before the competent Court of law. His statement is taken on record.
2. In this view of the matter, nothing remains to be determined in the instant matter.
3. Accordingly, the instant petition is disposed of by directing the Investigating Officer to file Ikhtitami before the competent Court within 10 days.
