Heard learned counsels for the respective parties. 2. Instant I.A. is filed for correction of the Court’s order dated 19th February, 2026 in the ABLAPL. 3. The correction is with regard to the number of the case and the Court’s name wrongly mentioned in the order of the ABLAPL as it should have been G.R. Case No.67 of 2026 pending in the file of learned J.M.F.C.(O), Bhubaneswar. In view of the above, the I.A is allowed and consequently, the order dated 19th February, 2026 in the ABLAPL shall be read as with reference to the modification with correction of the case number and the name of the Court. Furthermore, the period of surrender by the petitioner, as was directed while disposing of the ABLAPL, is hereby extended for the reason stated by considering the submission of learned counsel appearing for him by another four weeks to commence from today. 4.
