During hearing, Mr. Ranjan Chowdhury, learned senior counsel submits that the petitioner intends to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to submit a fresh writ petition in this regard. Considered the submission. The writ petition is dismissed on being withdrawn by the petitioner. Liberty is given to the petitioner, to approach the appropriate forum ventilating his grievances, if any, in accordance with law.
