The case has been taken up in the National Lok Adalat today. Both the parties are present. After conciliation, they have arrived at the settlement in the following terms: The matter was discussed and conciliated between the parties and it is found that it is a matter of reimbursement of medical bill for a petty amount of Rs.1,19,495/- [Rupees One lakh Nineteen thousands Four hundred Ninety Five] only for treatment of CA(Cancer). Considering all these aspects, it is settled that the petitioner shall file an application afresh within 10 days from today for claiming his amount incurred for treatment with all necessary papers [Xerox copies]

through the Headmaster/in-charge Headmaster of Lankamura H.S. School, who shall forward the same to the Director of Secondary Education, Government of Tripura and the Director of Secondary Education shall settle the matter within 1[one] month on receipt of the application from the petitioner in regard to whether the petitioner is entitled for reimbursement of the medical bill of above said amount etc. and shall communicate the decision to the petitioner through Headmaster/In-charge Headmaster of Lankamura H.S. School. It is made clear that if in case any dissatisfaction by the petitioner, he shall approach the Court afresh for his claim. With this order, the matter is finally settled.”
The terms of settlement are reduced into writing and signed by the parties and the conciliators. The same may be kept in the record.
Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of with the above said terms and conditions. Pending application(s), if any, also stands disposed of. JUDGE
