In view of the same, building permission has been granted in favour of the petitioner by the Jammu Development Authority on 14.08.2026, as such, the instant writ petition has been rendered infructuous. The sanction order permitting the use of plot is taken on record. Sr. No. 36 2 WP (Crl) No. 53/2025 On the last date of hearing, i.e., 04.05.2026, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Today also, when the case was taken up, nobody turned up to appear for the petitioner. It seems that the petitioner is no more interested to pursue this petition.
