Dash, learned Additional Government Advocate for the State-Opposite Parties. 2. It is submitted by the Petitioner that pursuant to the direction of the Collector, Bhadrak dated 13.04.2018 (Annexure-7), the Petitioner submitted a lease application to the Tahasildar, Tihidi. But pending said lease application for consideration by the Tahasildar, his shop-room was demolished. 3. Though the State has filed its counter, but does not deny pendency of consideration of the lease application till date. 4. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the Collector, Bhadrak to look into the grievance of the Petitioner as per his own order dated 13.04.2018 under Annexure- 7 and consider the same, in accordance with law, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order along with a copy of the writ petition. 5.
