Learned counsel for the respondent/complainant, under instructions, submits that the matter has been reconciled between the parties and he has instructions not to press the complaint. 4. In view of this statement, the present revision is allowed and the judgment passed by learned Sessions Judge, Mandi, District Mandi, H.P. in Criminal Appeal No.34 of 2024, titled Jagjiwan Singh and another Vs. Jiwan Singh and another affirming the judgment of conviction dated 1.2.2024 and order of sentence dated 20.2.2024, passed by learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Chachiot at Gohar, District Mandi, H.P. in Complaint No. 197-I/2019/93-III/2019, titled Jiwan Singh Vs. Jagjiwan Singh and another are ordered to be set aside and the complaint is dismissed as not pressed. 5. It has been submitted that a sum of ₹12,000/- has been deposited in the Court of learned Sessions Judge, Mandi, H.P. 3 and a sum of ₹14,000/- has been deposited in the Registry of this Court which have to be disbursed to the respondent/complainant in terms of the compromise. Let the total amount of ₹26,000/-, as mentioned above, are ordered to be disbursed to the respondent/complainant along with up to date interest by remitting the same to his bank account on furnishing of the bank account details, if not furnished earlier. 6. It has been submitted that no other amount has been deposited before the learned Trial Court or this Court. In view of this statement, no other order is required to be passed for the disbursal of the amount by this Court. 7.
