The petitioner has challenged the summoning order dated 08.01.2024, passed by the learned Judicial magistrate First Class, Court No.1, Paonta Sahib, District Sirmour in a complaint case, titled as, Kishan Sahgal vs. Rajiv Goyal, initiated under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act (in short ‘NI Act’), pending before the learned trial Court. However, it seems, that since no interim orders had been passed by this Court during the pendency of the present petition, the complaint under Section 138 of NI Act came to be finally disposed off by the learned trial Court, as is also clear
