YOUSUF WANI, JUDGE ORDER 29.08.2026 01. This is a petition seeking recall of order dated November 07, 2024, passed by the Division Bench of this Court in LPA No. 2/2022 titled “Rinku Kumar & ors. Vs. UT of J&K and ors” which was disposed of on the statement made by learned counsel appearing for the appellants that the Degree College at Purmandal has been established. 02. This Review Petition has been filed by some of the petitioners impleaded as appellants on the ground that learned counsel who had been appearing on behalf of the original appellants had no instructions from them. 03. Having regard to the nature of controversy involved and the plea raised, we are convinced that there is no error on the face of the record committed by the Division Bench, which needs to be rectified by recalling of the order. 04. If the petitioners were impleaded appellants, they ought to have remained present on the date the matter was considered and taken a stand before the Division Bench. This has not been done. Sr. No. 1 05. There is no merit found in the instant Review Petition, same is, accordingly, dismissed. 06. We, however, leave it open to the petitioners to approach the concerned Authorities with their grievance(s) particularly, if the Degree College has not been actually established in Purmandal. (MOHD.
