During the course of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that after passing of the interim order dated 30.12.2024 by this Court, whereby order dated 19.12.2024 issued by respondent Board repatriating/relieving the petitioner to her parent department was stayed, the parent department of the petitioner has issued two more orders whereby the petitioner has been transferred to another department, and she is now presently posted in the Directorate of Urdu Coordination Cell. With this development, the challenge of petitioner to order dated 19.12.2024 has been rendered infructuous. 2. Another grievance of the petitioner, as projected in the writ petition, is that respondent Board has recommended initiation of disciplinary proceeding against the petitioner. The parent department of the petitioner, namely, the Law department, in its response to the writ petition, has not stated anything as to whether they have acted upon the recommendation of the respondent Board and initiated any disciplinary proceedings against the petitioner. From this, it can be inferred that, as on date, no disciplinary proceedings have been initiated against the petitioner. 3. In view of the above, no further action is required to be taken in the present petition. Accordingly, the same is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to approach the appropriate forum afresh in case the parent department acts upon the recommendation of the respondent Board.
