Accordingly, he prays for correction of the same. 4. Learned counsel for the Opposite Party has no objection to such prayer. 5. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the respective parties and the averments taken in the I.A., it is directed that where the word “NBW(A)” appears in the said order dated 06.02.2026, the word shall be read as “Bailable Warrant (BW)” .
