CORAM: HON’BLE MR JUSTICE SHAHZAD AZEEM, JUDGE (ORDER) 21.08.2026 The petitioner has approached this Court seeking a direction to the respondents for release of his wages for the period he has performed his duties as a casual labour in Sub-Division Beerwah, Budgam. The respondents were granted last and final opportunity to file objections, but the same are not filed till date. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he will be satisfied in case the respondents are directed to consider the case of the petitioner for release of duly earned wages. Keeping in view the innocuous prayer made by learned counsel the petitioner, this petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to consider the case of the petitioner and release the duly earned wages for the period the petitioner has actually performed the duty within a period of eight weeks from the date of copy of this order is made available.
