The above appeal was listed on 16.10.2017, 22.01.2018, 02.08.2019, 29.11.2019, 07.04.2021, 19.07.2022 and 05.12.2023 for compliance of office objections. However, the office objections have not been complied.
2. This Court vide order dated 19.07.2022 granted a week’s time to comply with the office objections, failing which, the matter was ordered to be listed for dismissal. However, vide
order dated 05.12.2023, this Court granted one week time to comply with the office objections. Till date office objections have not been complied with. Hence, the above matter has been listed this day.
3. Even today, the matter was passed over in the morning session and the learned counsel was permitted to comply with the office objections and the matter was called in
