For the Respondents: Mr. L.N.Sharma, Additional Advocate General. ------------------------------------------------------------------------- Jyotsna Rewal Dua, Judge This writ petition has been filed for grant of following substantive reliefs:- “(i) Writ of mandamus may kindly be issued directing the respondents to issue schedule tribe certificate in favour of the petitioners on the basis of pedigree table (Shazra Nasab) for the year 1985- 86 prepared by the settlemnet department in the year 1980-81 (Annexure P-4) and the online jamabandi from the year 2001 till date (Annexure P-3), in which caste of the petitioners has mentioned as Kinnaura Rajput. (ii) That the order dated 12.03.2024 (Annexure P-13) and the order dated 27.08.2024 (Annexure P- 14) may kindly be quashed and set-aside. (iii). That ST certificate may kindly be issued in view of judgment dated 11.06.2019 passed in LPA No.39/2017 in favour of petitioners, in the interest of justice and fair play.” 1Whether reporters of print and electronic media may be allowed to see the order? Yes. 2 2. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that inadvertently documents in support of the relief claimed by the petitioners have not been placed on record. The corresponding pleadings are also not there in the writ petition and this defect came to the knowledge of petitioners after going through the reply filed by the respondents. Therefore, petitioners be permitted to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to file afresh in accordance with law incorporating necessary pleadings and appending all relevant documents in support of petitioners relief. 3.
