At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the present writ petition arising out of the rejection of the application under Order 7 Rule 11 of CPC of claim application, however, during pendency of the present writ petition, the claim application itself is decided by the learned Claims Tribunal by its award dated 27.01.2025 and therefore, the present writ petition is now become infructuous and he does not want to press the same. 2. Not opposes by learned counsel for the Respondent No. 1 and 2. 3. On the submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioner, the present writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
