Sandhawalia, Chief Justice (Oral) Learned Deputy Advocate General has placed on record letter dated 14.08.2026 addressed to the learned Advocate General, whereby it has been communicated that the pay of the petitioner has been re-fixed on notional basis, after grating work charge status on completion of eight years of service w.e.f. 01.01.2002. The necessary order passed by the Executive Engineer, Solan N.H. Division, HP PWD, Solan has also been attached therewith.
