Mr. Niranjan Sanasam, learned Government Advocate for the State respondents appearing through video conferencing, submits that this Court may pass appropriate order. In the circumstances and considering the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner and the subsequent event of superannuation of the petitioner, the writ petition is closed as infructuous.
