This I.A. has been filed by the Petitioner seeking modification of order dated 09.01.2026. 3. Learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that in the brief, the description of the Court in seisin has been wrongly reflected as “S.D.J.M., Dhenkanal” instead of “J.M.F.C., Bhubana” and consequently, the same was reflected as such in the order dated 09.01.2026. 4. Perused the recitals in the I.A. and considering the submissions, the I.A. is allowed. 5. Accordingly, the name of the Court in seisin be read as “J.M.F.C., Bhubana”. 6. The time limit for surrender of the Petitioner as fixed in the paragraph-7 of order dated 09.01.2026 is extended for a further period of three weeks hence. 7. Rest part of order dated 09.01.2026 remains unaltered. 8. Learned Court in seisin is requested to act in terms of the earlier order dated 09.01.2026, as modified and the order passed on this day. 9.
