Aslam Sih S/O Mohd Ramzan Sih, R/O Pasri Adda, Tehsil Bhaderwah District Doda and Mohd. Yousuf S/O Mohd. Sharief Bhatt, R/O Dandi, Tehsil Bhaderwah District Doda, for the commission of offences under Sections 379/427 of IPC, which have been proved against them. There is no representation on behalf of the petitioners, so was the case on the previous date of hearing as well, which suggests that petitioners have lost interest in prosecuting the case. Otherwise also, they shall have a right of being heard regarding the points raised in this petition before the Trial Court, at the time of consideration of the charge/discharge. In view of the above, the present petition is dismissed for non- prosecution along with connected application(s). Interim direction, if any, shall stand vacated.
