Lenka, Advocate Order No. 03. . p. 2 of his prayer to render police help for implementing the order of temporary injunction granted earlier. The second writ application has been filed by the defendant challenging the order granting interim injunction. 3. In course of hearing, it is stated at the bar that the suit is of the year 2021 and is otherwise ready for disposal. 4. Learned counsel appearing for both the parties submit that it would be better if the suit is directed to be disposed of expeditiously with both parties maintaining status quo with regard to the suit land till disposal. 5. Having regard to the submissions at the bar, this Court deems it proper to dispose of both the writ applications directing the Court below to dispose of the suit in question as expeditiously as possible, preferably within six months from today.
