That respondent may kindly be directed to consider the case of the petitioner for granting the arrear of revised pension/family pension/gratuity as per their own oce order within a time bound manner with upto date interest. ii. The respondents may kindly be directed to revise the leave encashment of the petitioner on the basis of last pay drawn as now been re-!xed and to make the payment with interest within a time bound manner. iii. The respondents may kindly be directed to consider and decide the representation (Annexure P-5) of the petitioner in accordance with law within time bound manner.” 2.
