That respondents may kindly be directed to pay the arrears of pay as per revision of the pay scale w.e.f. 01.01:2016 to the date of retirement and thereafter release the revised arrear of all retiral benefits including pension, gratuity(DCRG), leave encashment after its recalculation as per pay revision, 2016 alongwith interest @6% per annum w.e.f. its due date till the realization, on the analogy of judgment passed by this Hon'ble court in CWP No. 2108 of 2023 titled as Bhagat Ram Vs HRTC, in the interest of justice. (ii) Any other relief which this Hon'ble court may deem just, fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case may also 1 Whether reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 2 be passed in favour of the applicant and against the respondents.” 2. Learned counsel for the parties inform the Court submits that as the issue raised in this petition is pending before the Hon’ble Division Bench of this Court, this petition be disposed of with the direction that the judgment of the Hon’ble Division Bench in CWP No.2108 of 2023, titled as Bhagat Ram versus Himachal Road Transport Corporation and others shall be binding upon the parties.
