It has been stated that an amount of ₹64,000/- has been deposited in the Court of learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Paonta Sahib which is to be disbursed to the complainant/respondent as per the compromise between the parties. Hence, an amount of ₹64,000/- is ordered to be released in favour of the complainant/respondent by remitting it to his bank account, on furnishing of bank details, if not furnished earlier. 4.
