Petitioner, through the medium of this petition, has challenged order dated 18.12.2023 passed by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Poonch in case titled – “U.T. of J&K vs Mohd. Jabbar & Ors.” in file No. 01/ULA, whereby the petitioner was charge-sheeted for the commission of offences punishable under Sections 3 & 4 of the Explosive Substances Act, 1908, Section 201 of the Indian Penal Code (IPC) and Sections 13, 18, 23 & 39 of the Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act, 1967. 02. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the trial of the case has been concluded and the final arguments have also been heard by the trial court. 03. In this view of the matter, when the trial of the case has been concluded with regard to the charges framed, this petition has been rendered infructuous and is, accordingly, disposed of, as such, with a direction to the trial court to expedite the disposal of the case.
