No.8807 of 2024 The subject matter of this Intra-court appeal by the State and its officials is substantially similar to the one in Writ Appeal No.3422 of 2024 between the State of Odisha and another vs. Tapan Kumar Sahu and Others disposed of by this Bench vide order dated 25.03.2026 declining interference both on merits and delay. There is a long delay of 956 days which have not been plausibly explained. In the above circumstances, this Appeal fails. The Appellant shall comply with the impugned order of the learned Single Judge within an outer limit of three months without driving the Respondents to coercive contempt proceedings.
