Payment of back wages was stayed by this Court on 13.12.2006. Thereafter, petitioner was not reinstated in service. Matter is pending before this Court since 2004 and repeated adjournments are being asked in this case. Today, also learned Government Advocate appearing for the State prays for short time to argue the case as brief has recently been traced and handed over to him. 4.
