1. Mr. K. Nirmal Kotwal, learned senior counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that the amount due to the petitioners/beneficiaries has been deposited with the Registry of this Court as mentioned in Para-4 of the writ petition and same be released in their favour.
2. Mr. Ravinder Gupta, learned counsel appearing for the respondents has supported the submission made by learned counsel for the petitioner.
3. In view of the submissions made by learned counsel for the parties, the instant writ petition is disposed by directing the Registry to release the amount due in favour of the petitioners, as referred to in Para-4 of the petition in accordance with the apportionment statement and strictly in terms of the applicable rules.
