Learned counsel for the applicants, at this stage, submits that since applicant no. 1 and respondent no. 2 have amicably settled their dispute, and the present case arises out of a matrimonial dispute, an oral prayer is being made to amend the prayer clause of the present Criminal Misc. Application so as to incorporate therein the prayer for quashing of the summoning order as well as the entire proceedings of the criminal case.
