CMP No. 14514 of 2024 In the case at hand, the applicant is a Beldar (Class IV) and he is aged about 57 years. By virtue of impugned transfer order dated 06.08.2024 appended alongwith the petition as Annexure P-1, the present petitioner has been transferred from HPPWD Sub-Division No. II Sach to Sach Pass Road under Store Sub-Division HPPWD Trella at Killar, District Chamba, H.P. which according to the petitioner is at the height of 14,400 feet above sea level. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that with respect to the impugned transfer order dated 06.08.2024 he intends to make an appropriate representation before the concerned authority apprising the authority of his personal grievances qua the transfer. Petitioner is permitted to file such representation within three days before the concerned authority and on receipt of the same respondent shall decide the same within two weeks.
