The petitioner had executed a sale deed dated 3.11.2014 conveying Sy.No.67 measuring an extent of 3 acres 20 guntas Kadiganahalli village, Jala Hobli, Benguluru North Taluk. Although the sale deed was presented for registration, the sale deed having been presented for registration, the sale deed was not registered, since the parties did not appear before the Sub-Registrar, and also for want of records. 3. The petitioner submits that since the purchaser has backed out from registration of the sale deed, he is entitled to release the unregistered sale deed. 4. Therefore, it is expedient to dispose of the petition directing the respondent to return the pending unregistered sale deed in Doc.No.P/3595/2014-15 dated 3.11.2014 presented by the petitioner within two weeks from today.
