Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that, during the pendency of this petition, the charge-sheet has been filed against the petitioner and, in fact, charges have already been framed by the trial court. Learned counsel for the petitioner has further submitted that order framing of charges has been challenged by the petitioner by way of another petition which is pending before this Court.
Learned counsel for the respondents has submitted that, two prosecution witnesses have already been examined by the trial court till date. In view of the above, the instant petition has been rendered infructuous. The same is disposed of, accordingly.
