It is submitted by learned counsel for the parties that, inter se the petitioners and private respondents 4 & 5, the Civil Court has already passed a compromise decree and that the said compromise decree shall govern the orders, if any, to be passed by the Revenue Authority. In that background, it is submitted that the present petition may be disposed of. 2. Since, in the writ petition, the orders of the Revenue Authority have been questioned, but inter se the parties, a compromise decree has been passed whereby the rights of the parties stand determined by the Civil Court. Hence any order passed by the Revenue Authority shall now take into consideration the compromise decree so passed and the same shall govern the rights of the parties to be accordingly considered by the Revenue Authority for drawing the revenue extracts or mutation, as the case may be, in accordance with due process of law. 3. The writ petition is disposed of and sent to the records along with all connected CMs. 4. Interim direction(s), if any, shall stand vacated.
